In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase let me know why; I am open to dialogue and every flavour of feedback.
I will treat each case individually. Ultimately I wish to be fair and want the best for your practice.
If you made your purchase through a stockist this would be your channel for return/refund.
Returns:
For purchase made through the ecoYoga site you have 14 calendar days to return any item from the day you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it arrived to you.
Same applies for exchanges.
NB: You are liable for all postage costs back and forth for unwanted or exchangeable goods.
Refunds:
Once I receive your item back I will inspect and notify you of status.
An approved refund I will initiate via Paypal. Bank transfer or cheque; whichever appropriate and suitable.
If your purchase was through a stockist you will need to seek refund through them and i will credit them accordingly.
Shipping:
Refunds are issued for items only. Unless items are faulty, shipping costs are non refundable. I can assist with courier arrangements but you will be liable for all postage costs back and forth for unwanted or exchangeable goods.
Collection in person:
i work from home but you are most welcome to come by to try and purchase mats (when i have in-house stock) and bags in person at registered address below. You can purchase through the site and select collection as delivery option or pay cash upon visitation. Contact me by email or telephone to arrange a time.
